Social Swells is a boutique social media agency in Red Bank, NJ working exclusively with service-based businesses that take their online presence seriously. Strategy first. Always. We don't post and pray.

This summer we're launching our internship program around one role: Growth Social Media Manager. You'll find clients, sign them, then manage them yourself….strategy, content direction, productions, the whole thing.

Real accounts. Real responsibility. No busy work. No corporate nonsense. Just a small team doing premium work. (And very serious about where we order lunch.)

COMPENSATION
$400 commission + $18/hr (hourly begins once you sign a client)

HOURS & FORMAT
Up to 20 hours/week | Hybrid
