Because our agency manages multiple clients and projects at once, we must plan and operate through the content planners. However, if we have the time to complete the task you are asking, we will most definitely get it done for you. This completely depends on our schedule, but we do not guarantee we can fulfill last-minute requests.

As we are managing your social media accounts with a tailored strategy, we ask that anything that you want posted to the feed be approved by us first. If you post content that does not align with your branding or strategy, it can affect future results. However, we strongly encourage our clients to post on Instagram stories, as this is an amazing way to connect with your audience.

To kick things off, we ask for a 6-month initial commitment. This allows us enough time to build momentum, evaluate our working relationship, and give your social media strategy space to gain traction—since real results often take 3–6 months, sometimes more. That said, many of our clients choose to stick around well beyond the first few months!

We offer two flexible workflow options depending on what works best for your schedule and content needs. You can choose a bi-weekly workflow, where content is created and delivered every two weeks, or a monthly workflow, where everything is created and delivered once a month. Both options include time for feedback and revisions to ensure the content aligns perfectly with your brand before it goes live.
